1. Agreement

These terms apply when you use this website, use LEAD Quest, contact us, or engage LEAD Counseling to advise you or act on your behalf. By doing any of those things you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

2. What we do

LEAD Counseling provides advisory and administrative support, including career counselling, university shortlisting, application assistance, scholarship guidance, English test preparation support, student visa file preparation, pre departure briefing and settling in support. We act as your representative in dealings with universities and their admission offices.

3. LEAD Quest

LEAD Quest is a free automated career counselling tool. It produces a recommendation based on the answers you give. It is guidance, not a guarantee, and its accuracy depends entirely on the accuracy of your answers. Using LEAD Quest creates no obligation on you to purchase any service from us, and no obligation on us to accept you as a client.

4. What we do not do

It is important that this is clear before you engage us:

• We are not a university. Admission decisions are made solely by the institution you apply to.
• We are not an immigration authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy, high commission or visa processing centre.
• We do not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a visa, employment or permanent residency. Any consultant who offers such a guarantee should be treated with caution.
• We do not provide legal advice. Where your case needs a qualified immigration lawyer, we will tell you.
• We do not create, alter or submit false documents under any circumstances, and we will end our engagement with any client who asks us to.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Everything you give us is submitted on the basis that it is true.
• Disclose any previous visa refusal, overstay, deportation or criminal matter at the outset. Concealing this is the most common cause of a refused application.
• Meet the deadlines we give you. University intakes and visa timelines are fixed and cannot be extended by us.
• Pay university deposits, tuition fees, visa fees, test fees and any third party charges directly to the relevant organisation, on time.
• Respond to messages from us, and attend interviews, tests and appointments as arranged.

If you provide false or misleading information, we may end our engagement immediately without refund, and you will be responsible for any consequence that follows.

6. Fees

The initial consultation is free, and LEAD Quest is free. Where a service carries a fee, that fee is confirmed to you in writing before any work begins, along with what it covers. Our fee is for our professional service and is separate from third party charges such as university application fees, deposits, tuition, English test fees, visa fees, biometrics, attestation, courier and medical examinations. Third party charges are set by those organisations, are payable directly to them, and are outside our control.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Communication

We communicate by phone, WhatsApp, email and in person at our office. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for checking messages during an active application. We are not liable for a missed deadline caused by your being unreachable.

9. Third parties

Universities, embassies, test providers, banks, courier companies and attestation authorities set their own rules, fees and processing times, and change them without notice. We will keep you informed, but we are not responsible for their decisions, delays, errors or fee changes.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the professional fee you have actually paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost tuition deposits, travel costs, lost earnings, lost study time or a missed intake, where these result from a decision made by a university, an embassy or another third party. Because LEAD Quest is provided free of charge, we accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of a LEAD Quest report.

11. Intellectual property

The LEAD Counseling name, the LEAD Quest name, our logo, written content, layout, photographs and graphics on this website belong to LEAD Counseling or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

12. Ending the engagement

You may end your engagement with us at any time by telling us in writing. We may end an engagement where a client provides false information, behaves abusively toward our staff, repeatedly misses deadlines, or asks us to act dishonestly. Fees already earned for work completed remain payable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to your engagement.
